My ActiveSync, for whatever reason, starts to synchronize, but when it
reached the Favorites folder it quits - that is, the window closes although
the green wheel keeps spinning. I have already downloaded and reinstalled
3.8, but it still won't sync.

I've recently acquired a Ipaq 4150 and a USB Wireless Adapter (ie. not
an access point).
My PC has an ethernet connection to an NTL set top box giving me a
cable broadband internet connection.

My hard drive crashed, but all of my microsoft money data is still on my
pocket pc.  how can i export the data in my pocket pc to my desktop so that
i can get all my account records back in order?

After hard reset, Activesync requires a new unique device name.  How can I
use the old name?

My PC accesses the internet via using a dial-up connection.  My PDA can also
access the internet when I connect to my PC via USB.  Is there a way to to
do that when conncected via 802.11?
