I have a requirement to be able to network 20 PDA's (Pocket PC's) in order that they can communicate with a laptop, wirelessly. What I need, is for the PDA users to be able to type some text into Pocket Word, and save it as a document onto a laptop.

| ActiveSync 4.0 | 10 Oct 2005 01:27 GMT | 9 |
Is it time to upgrade to 4.0 yet? I know you can't sync over IP anymore. No big deal. Have they fixed the issue where you have to manually put in the appointment attendees that you picked up at the office and are trying to sync at home?

All I've found are clients for $20, $30. Back in my Zaurus days Jabber clients that did multiple services were abundant. I can't find one for my Pocket PC that doesn't cost something. Does anyone know if they're out there and if so where? I wouldn't even mind a free Yahoo ...
