Have just received a windows mobile 5.0 device (Universal). There is a separate cd with pdf viewer on it, which I am trying to install on to the device. I have installed activesync on the pc and then installed PDF viewer and then tried to activesync but activesync just stays on ...

I have an application that loads lots of PNG images upon starting. This process takes around 5 seconds on a Windows Mobile 4.2 device, but on a Windows Mobile 5.0 device (i-mate K-JAM), it takes like a whole minute. Any idea why?

I would not assume that hackers have no interest in pocket pcs. I'd bet that some hackers would love to break into pocket pcs just for the fun of it, and then some real thief could use that knowledge to break into my pocket pc.

I have written an application in C# for a mobile device (PDA). Now I am looking for a possibilty to install it on a target device using for e.g. ActiveSync and create an Icon on the Today screen? Can I achieve this without further software like InstallShield?
