Have just received a windows mobile 5.0 device (Universal). There is a
separate cd with pdf viewer on it, which I am trying to install on to the
device. I have installed activesync on the pc and then installed PDF viewer
and then tried to activesync but activesync just stays on ...

I have an application that loads lots of PNG images upon starting. This
process takes around 5 seconds on a Windows Mobile 4.2 device, but on a
Windows Mobile 5.0 device (i-mate K-JAM), it takes like a whole minute.
Any idea why?

I would not assume that hackers have no interest in pocket pcs. I'd bet
that some hackers would love to break into pocket pcs just for the fun
of it, and then some real thief could use that knowledge to break into
my pocket pc.

Maybe someone could help me out!

Recently, my ipaq is getting an unrecognized Card error. It tells me to
enter the name of the device driver for this card. "Unknown card in socket
1".

Palmeone Desktop software installed on Windows 2000 Pro with local user
profile works fine. But if installed with roaming user profile, after user
log off and log on again. The software would not start,only the Palm logo
appears and has to kill the palm.exe process from the task ...
