I have an old Compaq iPAQ 3835 running PocketPC 3.0. The other day,
the battery ran down completely. After it was recharged, it started up
as if it had never been used before. It had lost the owner information
and every non-OS file. It also lost all the games except solitaire.

I bought an SPV M1000 and from day one it has frozen ,crashed
regularly..requiring a soft reset...today the phone stopped working though

I've just taken delivery of an Acer N321 PDA which I'm astounded to discover
no longer comes with a copy of Outlook - the previous incarnation (the one
listed on the Acer website apparently had a copy). Is this normal?

Several times now (basically every morning) something happens in my calendar
that offsets my appointments by one hour.  I do live in an unusual time zone
(arizona), but i do no traveling or anything.  the device acts like
everything is an hour earlier than it is, until i reboot ...

After booting up XP I can connect my Mio A701 with WM5 to ActiveSync 4.5.0
but if I disconnect and reconnect the connection doesn't happen and I may
get the offer of using the troubleshooter. Running the troubleshooter
doesn't help.
