Is there a call blocker that immediately sends a busy signal?
All call blockers I found send the busy signal after one ring delay.
Obviously this is a problem , because the caller understands that the
receiver is hanging up and not busy.

Every time I synchronize my Cingular (AT&T) 8525 it reports 2 unresolved
