I'm not sure that I've discussed this but I have issues with applications on the
PDA connecting to their respective servers for updates. They include AvantGo,
Worldmate Pro, an RSS downloader and now Citytime.

I have installed it twice, and neither time will the phone stop

I have a number of Windows Mobile Qtek 9100 devices I wish to sell, however
they store information which needs to be securely removed from the device.
While there is a built-in wipe function it looks to only format the partition
rather than overwrite the data.

Can someone help here? I tried to copy some audio files over to my PDA. However,
when I click on "explore" in the ActiveSync window all it opens is Windows
Explorer  and displays the PC's C Drive hard disk.
I cannot find the PDA anywhere or its memory card so I can copy the files ...

We had a user with a PDA using activesync and he already had a trust with
that laptop.  Now we've given him a new laptop, installed the activesync
software, but it won't connect because it says there is already a
relationship to the old PC.

I installed a program, Worldmate Pro to see what it's like. In order to say,

Mobile 2003 Second Edition.  Probem is I don't know if this unit has a low
limit for CF card size.  Will it take 8GB CF, or is the limit 4GB ?  Also is
