I have a pocket PC and media player 8 for my pocket PC.  I
am trying to play a mpeg movie file, and it will not play.
Any ideas??

i tried both servers on the same hardware. the helix server streams fine for
my dell axim 5 pocket pc (bitrate 260 or so, windows media 9 codec). the
windows media server has drop outs and stops very often. any hints for the
combination windows media server / pocket pc ?

I am trying to use MS Encoder to encode MPEG-2 files to WMV 9 for
viewing on the PPC. The profiles delivered with Encoder have two
drawbacks for me:
1. They use WMV 8, not the presumably better WMV 9.

Hi there , we are  trying to open an mpeg , mpg and mov
files . But we are able to open it in our PC , but when we
