I have a Canon PowerShot which takes movies in the .avi format and stores
them on a Compact Flash card. I want to play these movies on my Ipaq HX
2415, preferably using Pocket MVP but I'm not fussy.

I am using a Dell Axim as my portable player, the device has a limited amount
of memory internal, but has storage cards added. Previous versions of WMP
would allow me to sync playlists to these storage devices instead of the
internal device. Is this no longer an option or am I ...

Hi there, I am trying to find a good media player (for Pocket PC /
Windows Mobile) that will play streaming audio - MP3, aacPlus and WMA.
My handheld is running Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition, the inbuilt
Windows Media 10 does not seem to play any streams.

Anyone has experiences with 4GB SD card in their HP iPAQ4700/4705?
I just purchased a 4GB SD card by Transcend, it does not work. Only
recognized as 1GB.
This card also known as 1GB in my Card Reader.

I have a Treo 700w and I wanted to know if there is any way i can play a
screen capture codec file. the file plays from the web and i have no way to
download it and convert it into a window media video 9 format. A sample link

I am not able to run any multimedia files from my application on Pocket PC
2003 emulator(.wmv,.avi,mp3,etc). Although they are running fine on Windows
mobile Pocket PC 5.0 Emulator. What could be the reason?

I am trying to play video recorded on a camera that is in .ASF form. I can
pick them up via 'file explorer' but the message I get is that 'a required
codec is not installed or cannot be found'. Is there any way I can upload
this onto my PDA?

I try to view the video clip of a news web site on my ppc. No clip comes up
and I am then redirected to the same page. Is there some application I need

I've tried to assign buttons on my Axim 51v to WMP Mobile but when I click on
Assign and hit the key it opens whatever program it is linked to. I've even
tried unassigning the buttons in the Settings function but then WMP doesn't
even recognize I'm pressing a button and keeps ...
