Hi, I am very new and green. I have a DVD which I can play on my laptop with
Vista and WMP (but I can't find the version number) but on my PC with XP and
WMP11 I can hear the sund but get no picture. Can anyone help?

I bought a MP4 and the disk driver was for Win98. The manual says that XP
would recognice theHW and use the right driver, but nothing happened.
Besides, after one week the MP4 died, and it is not even recognized when
conected to the USB port.
