I've got a Siemens SX56 Pocket PC with AT&T Wireless Service. When I enter an appointment time to Sync with the Pocket PC, the app. goes on the PDA 1hr behind. How can I fix that?

I purchased an iPaq 3955 two months ago, and Pocket PC 2003 OS came out shortly after. I'm told that with a receipt, I can get this for free from Microsoft (I'm suspicious of that, but thought I'd check it out). I can find nothing on Microsoft about it.
