I just got the CF Expander Pack w/ battery for my iPAQ 3870 along with a Linksys WCF12 wireless card. I have a Toshiba Satellite Pro 6000 with built in Toshiba wireless LAN mini PCI card on a Texas Instruments PCI-1410 CardBus.

ok, so i got wireless activesync working. Now the next step is to be able to do it remotely, as in hotspot access. I found that Activesync requires ports 990, 999, 5678, and 5679 to be open on the router.

I recently bought a Toshiba e750 PDA. This PDA has pocket pc 2002(new model has 2003). My home wi-fi network is using a Netgear MR814 802.11b, which is a DHCP server use network address range 192.168.2.X.

I've got a iPAQ 5500 whose wireless access has stopped working. The symptoms are as if there was no wireless card. I suspect that when I uninstalled an app that didn't work quite right (turned out to be a Pocket PC 2002 app) it de-installed some part of the OS's network support.
