I work in an area that has a lot of private information.  Is there anyway
to shut down the IR Port on a Dell Axim 5?  I am looking for a particular
hardware address, a device driver, or a software command that can be

I bought a new Ipaq h5500. My company uses non-standard ssid and wep. They
include /\?#!$%*. The IPAQ will not accept them, but all of our Linksys
and Cisco equipment does. Compaq tell me this started with the new version

I recently upgraded to the 2003 for my handheld.  Before that my wireless
card worked fine.  No it does no recognize the card.  I assume the driver I
was using is no longer viable.  Anyone know how to resolve this?  Or can you
recommend a PCMCIA card that is compatable with 2003?

Hi. I am a newbie to PDAs. I have a Compaq IPAQ 3150 running Pocket PC 2000.
I have the IPAQ expansion slot and a Linksys WPC11 v3 wireless card. When I
went to Linksys' web site it asked me what version of Windows CE I was
running? I saw that there are a few versions of Windows CE ...

have tried several keys, all to no avail.

I have set up my X3 to send emails and initially this worked fine (using
Socket Bluetooth card and a Nokia 6310 which connect fine)
What I find is that I compose the emails and select or type in the
recipients email address and get the message back
