(should it be through router or pc?) it says that i have an excellent

For monthsI have had good wireless connection between my ipaq 5450
( wireless lan: Hardware revision 6.3, Firmware Version 1.100.5.39,
Driver Version 3.2.4.129)
running ppc 2003 and home pc running Winxp pro .

i can get connected to the internet but whenever i try to go to a sight ie
says page is un available also it is hard for me
to keep a connection if i turn my axim x3 (socket sdio card) off it is hard
to connect again

I have a Dell x31 with built in wireless. I want to access PC (s) on my home
network to transfer some files. I can access the internet just fine but I
cannot see or acess the pc's on my home network. I assume this can be done
but I can not figure iut hat seting changes I must make ...

I was able to install the root certificates (*.cer) by just copying them
from my PC to my PPC2003 and clicking on them using the file manger and they
were installed under the root tab.
How can I install the personal certificates?  The file manager does not
