Does anybody know how the transfer a file from the PPC 2003 file

For office connection,we use PPTP and get some problems.

my SanDisk Wifi-SD-Card doesn't work with my Ipaq 3970 under WM2003.
I installed the latest driver (oct. 2003) from the sandisk sites - but no effect.
The led doesn't flash - the ipaq doesn't recognise this card.
