I've got an interesting question: if my house has a wireless network (with
ADSL) and my computer has a 56K voice modem attached to it (that is not
used)
would it be possible for my iPAQ to connect to this modem through the wi-fi

I have an IPAQ 1710 and a SanDisk 256 Wifi card.  I can make the connection
to our Broadband but when I try to connect to the internet it comes up with
page cannot be found.

I use a wireless network at home and at the office to sync stuff.
I also use Tomtom navigator 3 for sat nav.
I do not want to keep turning the wireless network card off and on.
