New to this group and am looking for some info. I'm about to buy a new phone from Verizon and have been looking on the net and found that in the UK you can buy a Orange SPV M2000 and it is the same phone/pda as the Audiovox 6600-01 but it has WiFi already built in.

The CDMA connection password doesn't get saved, even though the "Save Password" box is checked. Also, when trying to connect I keep getting a "Your username or password is wrong" message. So I have to re-enter the password and try again. Has anyone solved this problem? Any ...

I have a Dell Axim X5 running Windows Mobile 2003. I had a WCF12 WiFi CompactFlash Card for a while. It works some of the time, but most of the time my PocketPC seems to fail to recognize the card. The error I usually get is:

http://www.intel.com/personal/wireless/unwiredcities/index.htm my home sweet home (austin, tx) did pretty well... what's not reported is the fact that, unlike cities with Starbucks driven stats, a high percentage of Austin spots are free ;-)

Even though I am connected to my home wireless network, the WiFi button remains brown instead of green. Could this be the reason I have transfer problems sometimes? Thanks, Tom

I was just wondering if i can access the inernet using a bluetooth USB adapter from Belkin. Also was wondering how to use active sync with my Axim X50v through the bluetooth adapter. it keeps asking for the COM port # and i am using the USB adapter for bluetooth.

I'm able to get connected to the Wireless Router, got the DHCP IP address and gateway. But I can't access to the internet regardless wirelessly or via the cradle. The error I got is "the Page you are looing for cannot be found."

Has anybody had any luck getting Skype on a PPC to work via an ad hoc connection to a PC? I can access the web through the ad hoc connection, but Skype can't connect to the network. Any thoughts? -Roger-
