Hello, all.
I'd appreciate some help overcoming an oddball program with my new
hx2400.
I have configured Wifi to work with my in-house wireless network,

I have a pocket pc smart phone, but no data plan.  I can text message
between phones and receive email on the pocket pc, but when ever I try to
send a text message from the smart phone to an email account, it brings up
the email client and of course cannot send it because I do  not ...

I just bought a PPC-6700 running WM5 and have been unable to make it connect
to the wireless network in my home or anywhere else. At home I have a Linksys
G router, but have tried it set at B and G and still it will not work.
Likewise I cannot connect even to my neighbors routers ...

I confess to be very confused about the uses of the "com ports" tab, in
the bluetooth settings area.  In what circumstances do you need to set
a new outgoing port or a new incoming port??

I'm using an iPAQ and am having issues related to DHCP. If I set the IP
address manually (a static IP) All works fine. However, if I set the
WiFi to use DHCP, I never receive an IP address. The same wireless
network works fine for my laptop using DHCP. It seems to be an issue

When I fist got my iPAQ PDA with WM2003, I had no trouble connecting to my
home network and using the internet.  I was even able to do this at hot

I have just bought XDA Exec (JAS JAR) and it's a lovely bit of kit - but I

Is it possible to use the standard Windows Mobile VPN-Client over PPTP
without encryption? (AFAIK uses this Client MS-CHAPv2 encryption.) I haven´t
found a option to disable encryption...
Or is there another freeware VPN-Client (with PPTP) for Windows Mobile?

I am building up an application that needs to connect to a remote server

I have a Dell Axim that may connect to the server using WiFi or GPRS (via a

changes. But when turn on the PDA, the Zero Configuration Service will always
prompt with others AP. Is there any method to disable this service? pls

Does anybody know whether the above mentioned PPC does 802.11g or only

My unit can only connect to a WPA-PSK WLAN when that WLAN is run in
mixed mode (thus slowing down the whole network when my ppc is attached
