HP tech have tried all the updates and resets but the wifi driver still does
not load. They said to send it in but it is not covered by warranty.
Anyone know how to fix this problem without factory assistance?

My HX2190 (Ipaq) that I reported in here just boots about 25% of the way and
then freezes was left, battery out and untouched for over 24 hours, no power
