I have an IPAQ hx2495 and a TrendNet TBW-103UB USP dongle on my PC.  I
can establish connections between the IPAQ and my PC network (with full
resource sharing) using a USB cable, Bluetooth and wifi if I use Total
Commander.  To date I have been unable to connect using WM5 File

In my application i am saving some information in registry which would
be required again when the user launched the applicaiton again.
Now when i power-off my device and start again the registry values are
retained but when i remove the battery and restart it does not retain
