I have a problem, using serial IO (RS232) on an Intermec c700 PPC.
I want to send 2400,E,8,1, and thus I configure the DCB struct accordingly.
But, no matter what I set the dcb.parity to, the output from the port is
always 2400,N,8,1.

I don't have a pocket pc and I don't like using emulator. I don't need to
test Wi-Fi that type of stuff. Can I install a windows CE on a pentium
laptop? How can I do it if it's possible?

I'm developing web pages, and I want to try them on the pocket version of
IE. I'm not doing any other development, do not own Visual Studio, or a real
Pocket PC machine. Is there a way of testing webpages in some emulator of
Pocket IE or Pocket PC windows, or are there other ways?
