I'm trying to intercept SMS messages that are sent to my PPC 2002 device.  I
want to use them to communicate from our server to an application on the
device.  It should intercept the 'special' SMS's, process them and remove
them from the queue without having to alert the user.

pocket pc 2002) it is showing the sqlceexception. but the same will create
the database in my emulator(pocket pc 2003 and pocket pc 2002)
