I am attempting to upload a file from my Pocket PC to a FTP server on a PC via an AtiveSync(V3.7.1) connection. I am able to connect just fine, but when I attempt a FtpPutFile call, I receive a 12029 error(ERROR_INTERNET_CANNOT_CONNECT)
