It appears as though select boxes can only go to a maximum width on the
PocketPC 2003 platform.  I thought there would be a way to stylize them with
something like - style="width:416", but the style attribute does not work.
Is there some way to increase the width of the select ...

I have several iPAQ1910s.  I've given them Device IDs of 'IPAQ1910-1',
'IPAQ1910-2' and etc.  recently, one of them suffered a master reset so I'm
setting it up again from scratch.   When I set it up again, I gave it the
same Device ID it used to have.

cf.net only has 2 windowStates, WindowState=normal or maximized. SO how do
you programaticaly duplicate tapping the X in the upper right (without
mucking around in the API's)?
