I have Visual Basic .NET 2003 Standard Edition.  Haven't had much time
to explore it, but I was wondering if this was enough to do development
for Windows Mobile 2003 applications or if something else is required.

Is there anyway to hook ExtTextOut function in Pocket PC?  I need to
intercept all the string that applications sends out to display in order to
connect the characters in Bidirectional languages.
