I need a help in pocket PC and certificates:
What is the easiest tool to use if I want to enroll (create certificate
request and install certificate) on a pocket PC - let say for e-mail
encryption, or for SSL client certificate.

I have the IPAQ hx4705 and I'm trying to connect to device using VB.net. Keep
getting error "Cannot establish a connection.  Be sure the device is
physically connected to the development computer."  I am connected via cradle
and usb using Active Sync.

  As I kown, WinCE is an operation system.
