Hi I need some development work done on mobile phones and pocket pcs. It seems (Ive been here before) this is the right place for pocket pc stuff (Xda2 etc) but is this the right place for phones? I am not that aware of phone OSs (is smartphone like pocketpc?)

I was wondering if anyones knows of an installer that is fairly easy to use for installing programs to PocketPC. Either directly to the PocketPC similar to the way CabWiz works (who has the time to figure out that inf file) and/or runs the install off of Windows.
