Cegetdev.exe sample application (included in EVC4.0 samples) displays

Debuging in device is too slow to progress. So how to debug program in
emulator?

I have just installed the Embedded Visual Tools 3.0 2002 edition. I
generated the Hello World example (C++) to basic test the installation. The
program could be compiled without problems. But when EVC comes to uploading

emulator that comes with Visual Studio or eVC++?  Can the emulator be
