I am trying to develop an answering machine software for the Pocket PC

Please let me know how to play the recorded voice on the GSM channel.

Somehow, since a month ago or so, I can't debug or use any util on Win
Mobile 2003 (both iPaqs and Dells) when WiFi is turned on!
I know that you can't start debugging and use Wifi successfully, but I could
always break into a running process in PPC 2003 to debug.
