i wanted was to run my application instead of the explorer. I dont want the
kiosk mode because it only covers the explorer and makes sure that the user
cant leave the application. in short, i dont want the explorer to run, i want
my application to take the place of the explorer. ...

I've been messing around with this for way too long, and so it is definitely
worth $100 to me to the first one that can give me what I need to get this to

Here's the deal.  I have dozens of .Net VB apps that connect to our SQL

I have an eVB application that was developed to run on Pocket PC 2002.  I
understand that in order to get it to work on a Windows Mobile 2003 SE device
(Toshiba e380), I need to install the eVB runtime.  I have downloaded the
msvbppc.armv4.cab file to my desktop, but don't know ...

Hopefully a simple and relatively stupid one this.  What defines are
used to define the windows version in the pocket pc development toolkit.
I want to distinguish between, for instance, PPC2002 and PPC2003.

I know that I can invoke an executable using RAPI, and pass command line
arguments to it, but I would like to be able to call a function in a PPC
system DLL on the device, from my RAPI application running on the desktop,
