i wanted was to run my application instead of the explorer. I dont want the
kiosk mode because it only covers the explorer and makes sure that the user
cant leave the application. in short, i dont want the explorer to run, i want
my application to take the place of the explorer. ...

I've been messing around with this for way too long, and so it is definitely
worth $100 to me to the first one that can give me what I need to get this to
work.  So why shouldn't it be you?
