Anyone know if CE.Net 4.2 supports/includes Configuration Service

I am trying to retreive the device information of those device which are
connected to a pocket PC via a USB port.
In the win32 environment, I used the setupDI* calls
(setupAPI.h/setupAPI.lib) which I presume is not there in Pocket PC.
