I'm having trouble reading UTF-8 encoded xml-documents into IXMLDomDocuments. I get an error saying "Invalid at the top level of the document". This is where special characters are placed to mark the document as UTF-8 encoded. What's the problem here? Will MSXML on Pocket PC not ...
