I dunno what seems to be the problem, but the call back function is only
called once for the linedevstate_ringing event on samsung i700 which seems to
have wm2003 second edition.

settings that get created post installation.

I have been trying to stream a live video broadcast from
Windows Media Encoder to the Windows Mobile 5.0
emulator.  So far, I've had no success.  Is it possible to

Now I'm really confused, according to my hardware vendor Framework is built
in to WM2003. If so the problem I have now is the fix needed in SP3, but
