I dunno what seems to be the problem, but the call back function is only called once for the linedevstate_ringing event on samsung i700 which seems to have wm2003 second edition. does anyone know what might be the problem?! and after that the line call

Now I'm really confused, according to my hardware vendor Framework is built in to WM2003. If so the problem I have now is the fix needed in SP3, but appears to be part of WM2003. So how do I have my program use or point to Framework SP3?

I am finding that PIE on Windows Mobile 2003 has limited support for CSS. Is there any way where that I can have a <select> statement comprise the width of the screen on my PocketPC (either 240 or 480 pixels wide)?
