I would like to programmaticaly power-down and then power-up the

I am using SetDevicePower to make wireless LAN on when my application start.
This is working good with only one exception. It is not able to do it very
first time after Hard-reset this problem is specific ot PDA 2K, in other
device like IPAQ is working fine.

Does anybody know if https on WinInet should be working on pocketpc 2003 SE.
The same code works fine on desktop, but on PocketPC 2003 SE (HP iPAQ ) it
doesnt.
