I have a pocket pc application that runs compact framework version 2 and
pocket sql server 2005.  It works great on Windows Mobile 2003 second
edition 4.21.1088 and Windows Mobile 5.  I have a customer trying it on
Microsoft Pocket PC 4.20.0 and it does not run, it just sits ...

I have disabled WZC and my application is taking care of wifi connection.
How can I update the icon in top pannel that remains disabled (two arrows
and cross mark).

i query NDIS_802_11_RSSI value as in wzctool sample. but i can get the
signal strength only once.  after that same value returns and never change.
both on PPC 2003 and WM5. any idea ?
