Actually I need to add a "cutom today screen Item" to Pocket PC
automatically when message has been reached to my messenger. I am
presently working on Visual Studio.Net 2003( Compact Framework1.1).

Is there a winCE (5.0) API that I can use to to determine whether I am
connected to the network or not. Perhaps such an API would directly talk
to the network driver and return the status. Please note that I do not
want the state of a particular connection.
