CreateFile UIO1: Error17 Feb 2007 18:20 GMT15
In the following code I'm getting an "Invalid Handle" error on the CreateFile
call on UIO1:, but I get error code 0 on the NDS0: call.  I also get negative
numbers for handles sometimes -- is that OK?
I see that UIO1: and NDS0: are both in the registry.

I am trying to read a file into a bitmap on Windows Mobile 5.  I don't
use MFC; though I'm fairly new at this, I think I'm just using win32
calls in C.
