connection using ConnMgr and then use WinINET APIs? or Can I directly

I need to find out whether any GPRS connections already exist in a
winCE device and need to get the connection Handle for that.I tried
the ConnectionManager class but did not find any API that gives me
this.

I'm wondering if a matching PDB file were copied to the faulty DLL
directory would the Error Reporting try to get any useful info into
the crash dump/log?
