I need to find out whether any GPRS connections already exist in a winCE device and need to get the connection Handle for that.I tried the ConnectionManager class but did not find any API that gives me this.

I need to develop an application which intercept incoming/outgoing SMS, but on WM5, i only can get incomming SMS, seem there's no way to catch outgoing message. Any solution? Thank you very much for any suggestion.
