How I can get my application file path?

Basic question.  Can you add voice recognition to a Windows Mobile 5.0
Application?  Is there an existing way to do this?  If so, does anyone have
any tips on where to begin?

My Pocket PC SDK talks a lot of smack about BthGetMode and BthSetMode, and I
even included the bthutil.h file like it said.
The eVC4 IDE was able to locate the bthutil.h file, but neither BthGetMode
nor BthSetMode were in there.

I have written a GPS application using C# for my WinMob 5.0 PPC.
Getting the NMEA data into the device and writing it to a file is noe
problem,
BUT when I try to analyze it the application crashes.

is it possible to use the PocketPC as a 2nd monitor when connected
with ActiveSync?
