I have a need to call GXOpenInput/GXCloseInput in a WM5 VB.NET application.
I want my application to be able to capture the F6/F7 keys.
So as I am not sure how to call these API's I was wondering if someone can
provide an example on how to call them in WM5 VB.NET.

Windows CE DispatchMessage swallows structured exceptions
I've installed just one __try block in WinMain above DispatchMessage.
On most WinCE platforms, when I raise a structured exception from within my
WndProc, it seems to get caught in DispatchMessage and discarded.  This

This non-phone did sync with my computer using ActiveSync.  Then that
program no longer worked.  Using Vista, the hand computer is stand
alone.

I have an application that runs on PPC 2003.  When I run it in debug using
the Pocket PC 2003 SE emulator everything works.  When I deploy it to the
same emulator (have it docked) I get an "InvalidCastException" error.  I'm
thinking I am not deploying the correct CABs.  I am ...

Is it possible to take a photo with the PDA and then, programatically, upload the picture as a jpg file to a given folder on a remote server? The server folder name will be generated from a text string held in a field value inside a record set.

POOM Notification: what is the Database OID?01 Jun 2007 14:11 GMT2
I recently found out that the database OID returned from the POOM
notification in Mobile5 is not the same as the corresponding EDB
database OID.
