I am running Smart Phone on ARm based board was tryinh to run a hello world app and succeded too.
But the real problem come when you try to debug it it doesnt allow and EVC++ get hanged .
I have setup my PC to debug the Smart Phone app by giving 2 command on PC i.e spdps.exe ...

We just develop a service in a DLL and try to be hosted by Services.exe like
