Is there a API can copy a folder include its sub folders to another
position?

It seems to me that to add / modify or delete an APN (from my
application), I need to provision the device with some XML.

This never proved to be a problem using eVC3.0 and
PPC2002emul, but I can't figure it out with eVC4.0SP3 and
SP2003emul (from the SP2003SDK).

Has anyone had any luck in getting this to work.
I have tried to use the sample which comes with the 2003 SDK and have
successfully deployed to an i-Mate smartphone phone. The registry keys are
there and active however when a SMS message arrives nothing happens.

Can I call tmail.exe or some application to start tmail.exe with the
"New Message" editor?
Better yet, can I pre-supply some information (phone number, template
