I am trying to display some bitmaps on the smartphone using eVC++ 4.0
and so far have had no luck porting other things I used to do this.
1) Does anyone know of any simple bitmap sample code I could look at.
2) Does anyone know of any pitfalls that I should try to avoid.

I am using Embedded vC++ 4.0 with service pack 4 and the emulator.
No matter what I do, it is giving me this error when I try to debug on
the emulator.  Anyone have this problem before?  Anyone have a
solution?

new SmartClient Device project i dont see SmartPhone

I'm comparing a Qtek 8080 (Orange E200 etc.) with a Motorola Mpx-200 and when
downloading a file using GPRS the Motorola is quite a lot slower. It goes for
normal speed for a while, but then it seems to sleep for quite a while before
continuing again etc.

Ever since I installed the Smartphone SDK I have been having problems
with EVC++.  I did it the right way, installed it after everything
else, but suddenly the executables are being sent to strange places
(even for non-smartphone apps), and the debugger is telling me that

I've tried to do a multi form application using compact framework I have a
single form that hold my Main method.
this then loads a logon and subsequent forms are load from a static method
that closes the current form and loads the required form.
