I am doing an Owner Draw list view.  I have overloaded the WM_DRAWITEM
routine.  I am using API calls for all of this stuff.

I am a bit confussed about privileged mode.   Reading MSDN documentation it
seems to me that it is possible to make calls, delete contacts and send SMS
in UNPRIVILEDGED execution mode.  
It is correct, or I am wrong?
