Does anyone know if the Vibrate API works on Windows Mobile 2003 devices.
I have created a simple test harness which calls the Vibrate(..) method but
the return value is E_NOTIMPL ?

From developers@orange.com I finally got a "Security Level Setting
application" targeted specifically for my phone's IMEI. This should unlock
