I tried KernelIoControl(IOCTL_HAL_REBOOT, NULL, 0, NULL, 0, NULL); (to reset) and keybd_event(VK_OFF, 0, 0, 0) (to suspend). I tested it on MPX 200 (SP 2002) and Qtek 8080 (SP 2003). It does cause the device reset, but it appears to forget

We have an utility that works fine on Windows Mobile 2003 devices i.e. calls to SHNotificationAdd and SHNotificationUpdate result in incons appearing at top of screen. However the icons do NOT appear on Smartphone 2003 (Samsung SCH i600).
