Im using EVC 3.0 and Smartphone SDK 2002 for building some dll, which have
to be registered in emulator (COM-objects inside).
EVC reports registration successful, but i didn't see reg.key entries in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and cant instantiate COM-object.
