I want to create a simple application for my smartphone that can communicate
with a server via bluetooth.  A set port can be used to communicate with the
server.
I was doing some research and it seems that bluetooth is not well supported

Could someone please explain why this code doesn't work properly.

Could someone point to me a reference to:
1) How multiple languages are supported in OzoneUpdate for Smartphone
2) How multi language support is different in Smartphone and PocketPC
Searched the PPC03.chm, but it's just not there.
