I have an application which store the user setting in the registry.  The cab
file is generated using cabwizSP and in the INF file I use AddReg to create
the default registry value.  The user can change those values in the
configuration screen.

A good while back, someone was asking about adding a .jpg to the resources.
Is it possible to do this?  Can one load a .jpg from a resource and convert
it to bitmap?  I'm doing all of this in non-ATL eVC++.
