   When i use CeSHCreateShortcut to create a shortcut in PPC, it appear
immediately in start menu.But in SmartPhone, the shortcut file was
created,but it doesnt appear,I need reboot the phone!why? How to create a

I'm using Microsoft embedded C++ 4.0 for Smartphone 2003 Emulator. At the
end of the Build file.exe I'm trying to download the exe file created to
emulator and I get this error message:
Downloading files
IOCTL Register Result Fail - MPx18 May 2005 01:40 GMT2
When I try to activate WiFi on my Motorola MPx, I receive an IOCTL Register
Result Fail.  I contacted Motorola Developer Support and they referred me
here.  Can anyone help?

Does anyone know if Windows Mobile supports the Personal Area Network
Bluetooth Profile with the role as PAN-U.
It appears that this is now supported by Windows CE 5.0 and I suppose
Windows Mobile 5 is "just" an extension of CE 5.
