i would like to have a panel like the upper panel in the homescreen with

i created the panel which can be scrolled but i cannot make the scrollbar

I have active sync set to connect every 30 minutes, but my phone syncs every

i tried with Form's WindowState as maximum and ControlBox false and
FormBorderStyle to None but it still shows form name on top and other icons
